Synopsis 

Stress is a “wear & tear” our mind and body experience as we attempt to continually cope up with changing environment. It is a reaction people have to meet to excessive pressures or other types of demands placed upon them. It arises when they worry and cannot cope up with. Stress occurs when stress is greater than the resource.

Let us “de-stress” the “stress” in our five-week-end twenty-hour vibrant program on (Sat & Sun) and unravel simple ancient Indian techniques by a very simplified, logical and result-oriented non-invasive approach with a scientific formula. Energize positive force within you to a situation with your in-built default power to change the situation itself. Strengthen the top floor, vital part of the human being, Brain, to give a tranquile peace to the stress through simple distressing techniques logically.

To propel towards excellence with balance & calm, one must learn to become a master of the senses with all of life's beauty and turbulence. With beauty and turbulence comes expectations and goals and a unbalancing emotional entity called "Stress"

 

A practical and unique stress management course of 20hrs over 5 weekends. This will be conducted by more than one trainers with a bonus 1-on-1 session with certified counsellor as part of this program.

 

A practice period post weekend session will ensure that one is able to gradually identify, resolve and improvise using different techniques.

This will be useful for all age group, young, old, and those employed who faced uncertainly due to recent pandemic scenario, are stressed by External/Internal Stressors and ignite their internal potential to show there is opportunity in every adversity, give a befitting reply to setback by comeback and learn the art of creating happiness in every season without reason.  

 

Methodology:

Training methodology will be digital class room, Audio Visual, soft training material, videos and interactive discussions through eye contacts, exercise and quiz to gauge your assimilation of stress-busting techniques. It will be an experiential learning with innovative difference.

About the Faculty:        

Mr SNS Manian, a Senior Faculty, highly qualified management professional, widely travelled, articulate & well versed in dealing with participants across the globe with five decades of multi-disciplinary experience and a distinguished corporate coach, with string of academic qualifications and published articles.

He will be joined by Ms Samprada N, Mg Director, Enlightened Thought Works Pvt Ltd, who enjoys a broad spectrum of experience in India and overseas on a digital platform with a validated research in ancient Indian culture and stress-free techniques. A  Graduate in Software Engineering with post-graduate Diploma in International Business , is a globally accredited coach in more than  60 technologies, published articles and authored book “Bharat Paddhat” the principles of which has been widely practised by learners. She has won twin awards – Woman Innovator of the Year 2019 and Woman Entrepreneur of 2019.  She has conducted number of programs on stress-free techniques with validated feedbacks after freed from stress.
